Mixer

A drum that blends loose powders for the Reloading Press. It turns on a vertical Shaft; no screen.

Using it

• Right click with a powder (gunpowder, blaze powder, redstone dust) pours one in, up to a full charge of 8. A coil's redstone drive cannot be mixed with a gas powder.
• Right click empty-handed draws the batch out as a Powder Blend. Put it in a charge slot of the press.

With Jade you can see what is in the drum, how mixed it is, and its friction heat before you draw it. The drum is open, so no instrument is needed for the load and the mix; the heat reads as any temperature does.

Turning

Spin it and the load mixes. Draw it early and only the part that is mixed through is usable; the rest is lost.

The drum does not know when it is done. Keep it turning past mixed and it grinds the blend: it separates again, and the friction heats it. Hot enough, and the powder goes up, with the whole drum.
